We enter the house through a veranda with wooden ceiling beams, measuring 11 x 5 m2.

After stepping through the wrought iron gate, we enter another smaller porch (6 x 6 m2). Next is the entry gate of the house, where we find a hallway and, to the left, a bathroom. To the right is the L-shaped living room (60m2) with its fireplace and windows overlooking the orange trees in the patio.

Many of the walls and archways in this ancient house are up to 70cm thick, since it was originally built to be a Carthusian Monastery. After the entrance hall there is an open walkway which leads us, on the right, to the orange tree patio and, on the left, to the laundry area. The hallway takes us to the bedrooms.The total surface is 190 m2.

The hot water system is through propane tank 200l. and all rooms have oil heaters and radiators. The water supply comes from wells.

The house is cool in summer, without additional facilities. The front porch of the house has a garden area that is used as parking lot. Next to this area there is a 25m2 house. In the future it will be a swimming changing room.

From this garden area you can enjoy wonderful views such as long avenues and the countryside. The airport is easily seen. The racetrack is viewed from some parts of the farm.

The house is equipped with everything needed to live in it:
washing machine, fridge, microwave, chest freezer, pantry,
garage ...

Placed in the same farmhouse that the House 1, but totally independent from the other one.

It has 145 m2 of constructed surface and 460 m2 destined to surrounded garden. It consists of hall of entry, 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, 2 complete baths, dining room, laundry, wood fire place in the corridor, kitchen and utilities.

It has a capacity for 7 persons though it can lodge 9 persons as maximum.
