This Andalusian country mansion was part of a farmhouse, existing of two houses linked to one another by a huge yard through which they already agreed to stay for the animals themselves (stables, stables, etc. ...). The passage of time and neglect made inevitable the demolition of most of the farmhouse, leaving in place one of the houses that were in better shape, and now know the merit and value of these ancient buildings, we wanted to restore at conserving every possible flavor of the past.

Nestled in the natural park of the Subbética Cordoba, the SE Of the province, the term municipal Priego de Cordoba, with a height of more than 600 meters. Above sea level, surrounded by olive trees and pine trees.

The farmhouse is situated in one of the folds or slopes of the Sierra de albayate, surrounded by olive trees and a wide valley at Las Navas.

The cortijo exists of 5 bedrooms with heating, 2 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, a dining room for 10 persons, and a kitchen. Around the house is a spacious terraca and a swimming pool (open all year).

En el interior, los tonos cálidos y hogareños, conviven con la piedra y la madera, con muebles de herencia familiar, antigüedades y una cuidada selección de objetos.

En el salón un amplio ventanal de madera permite que la luz entre a raudales al interior de esta rústica construcción. La mesa de comedor, fue realizada a medida por un herrero de la zona, sobre un diseño de los propietarios, utilizando una pieza de madera de encina centenaria tallada a mano, denominada Artesa y que se utilizaba para la matanza tradicional del cerdo. Las sillas son de herencia familiar, al igual que multitud de objetos propios de un cortijo andaluz.

Las puertas se rescataron del derribo contiguo, siendo tratadas y restauradas conforme al estilo antiguo de toda la casa, y que algunas estuvieron ubicadas en los habitáculos propios de un cortijo de labor, como eran : cuadra, pajar, granero, latroje, etc.

Las cuadras han perdido su antiguo uso y se han acondicionado como dormitorio y baño, al igual que la antigua alcoba, granero, pajar y latroje ubicadas en la planta alta, que se han convertido en dormitorios que siempre llevan el nombre de su antigua función.
